Andria Wiehle is a passionate advocate for food freedom, body confidence, and balanced wellness. After overcoming years of severe eating disorders, exercise addiction, and body image struggles, she now helps others break free from restrictive mindsets and embrace a life of truth, health, self-love, and purpose.
Faith is at the center of Andria’s life and work. She views her mission not simply as a career, but as a God-given calling and mandate to guide others toward healing, freedom, and authentic living. Her approach blends spiritual depth with practical strategies, offering hope and transformation to those she serves.
Andria’s expertise is built on both lived experience and extensive education. She holds a B.A. in Humanities with a minor in Philosophy, an A.A. in Biblical Studies, and a certificate in Christian Counseling. She is also a certified professional in fitness training, group exercise, and nutrition, with over 20 years of coaching experience. During that time, she has helped hundreds of individuals transform their health, bodies, and lives—guiding them from a place of struggle to lasting freedom, confidence, and joy.
As both an athlete and an artist, Andria understands the power of movement and creative expression in the healing process. Whether through fitness, mindful living, or artwork, she inspires others to reconnect with themselves and live with authenticity and joy.
Above all, Andria is a devoted mom, committed to modeling a life of faith, freedom, and wholeness for the next generation. She believes food is meant to nourish and be enjoyed, movement is meant to energize and bring joy, and self-worth can never be defined by a number on the scale. Her vision is to help others experience true freedom—opening the door to a life more fulfilling than they could imagine.
