I am a holistic fitness coach, former athlete, artist, and mother. My work addresses the mind, body and spirit in order to see real lasting transformation. I began working in the fitness industry in 2000 and since then I have helped thousands of people realize their dreams, come into ultimate health and let go of the limiting beliefs that hold people back. I am an expert in exercise science, but I believe in the value of transforming mind body spirit so much more!
A two-sport collegiate athlete, I played fast pitch and was team captain for Edmonds Community College; I also played Volleyball at Briercrest College in Canada. I earned a BA degree in Humanities, minored in Philosophy, and earned an AA degree in Biblical Studies.
I am also an artist! I work with large oil paintings and sell my work exclusively to private buyers. Both my background as an artist and deep spirituality create a powerful dynamic as an intuitive coach.
Ultimately, I am passionate about people being free, living out of a place of love as their motivation towards themselves, life and others, and fulfilling their unique destiny. Anyone can be fit, and I am qualified to help people reach whatever fitness goals they may have, but true success is having vitality and being deeply fulfilled.
Many years in the fitness industry as well as my own struggle with eating disorders gives me a unique edge in the culture of diet mentality that I believe has cause disordered eating and obesity in our culture.
I have lived in that cage and the fitness industry has only made it worse for people. I know what it looks like to get out and I can help anyone who struggles on any level on the spectrum of disordered eating or body image issues. It’s time to be free and really live in health and freedom!
As a fitness and movement expert, I do one on one coaching focused on joyful movement and mindful movement coupled with the basics of physical conditioning.
I also lead boot camps, team building with groups of professionals and athletes, and video based coaching.
I help clients learn intuitive eating paired with basic nutrition education and mindful eating.
This often includes shopping and meal prep, identification and exposure of the diet mentality.
I provide clients with general education of mindfulness teaching, incorporating the theories of ACT therapy.
Customized intuitive mindful meditation is a regular part of each session.

When I painted this I was going through a difficult time. When the painting was finished, I received divine insight that this wave of trial could either take me under, or I could rise up, surf this wave, and allow it to take me further. This depicts one of the many ways God speaks to me through my painting.

The concept behind "Lion" represents God as King. You can see a bright compassionate king who is also fierce. This depicts the creator of life, beauty, love, and joy that also holds righteous anger for all of the injustices that harm and divide. So many dimensions in this omnipresent King who operates outside of time and holds both righteous anger along side deep love and patience.
